Effective July 12, 2026, Glide Identity has changed its name to Glide.id. The company, product, and team are unchanged — only the name is new.

Glide.id (formerly Glide Identity) builds continuous identity verification infrastructure — using telco network intelligence and device-level signals to authenticate people, and increasingly the AI agents acting on their behalf, without passwords or SMS codes.

Why the change

"Glide Identity" described what we built. "Glide.id" describes what we are: an identity company. The new name is shorter, clearer, and already how most people refer to us in conversation — Glide.

It also fits where the product is heading. Identity used to mean a single check at the login screen. As AI agents increasingly act on people's behalf across systems and sessions, identity needs to be verified continuously, not just once at the door. That's the direction we've been building in, and the new name reflects it.
